Kosta Boda Bertil Vallien Antikva 3" Mini Bottle Purple Blue Art Glass Signed

Vintage Kosta Boda Swedish art glass miniature bottle/vase designed by Bertil Vallien, measuring approximately 3 inches tall. This striking little piece features a rounded purple body with dense speckled/powdered decoration and a contrasting transparent cobalt-blue neck with a flared top. The small scale and sculptural form make it especially appealing displayed with a collection of Scandinavian or Mid-Century Modern art glass. Bertil Vallien designed the Boda Miniatures series in 1972. The documented series consists of small hand-blown forms decorated with polychrome glass powder, typically bearing a Boda/Kosta label and an engraved signature underneath.
