Description

Purchased for use at a new residence and installed, but due to circumstances, I had to move again shortly after. The item has been stored as it could not be used at the current residence.

As it has not been used, it is listed as near unused.

There is a small black stain on the left side of the tabletop.
It is barely noticeable, but please check the images.
There are also sun fading marks on the front part of the tabletop.
Please check these as well.
(Images 14 & 15)
There are scratches on the right side inside the drawer, caused by the installation of a separately purchased stainless steel slide shelf.
