? How to Use ?
① Fold the cup.
② Squat slightly and insert the folded cup.
③ Insert fully, then gently twist and pull to open the cup. Insertion complete.

? How to Remove ?
① Gently squeeze the cup while pulling.
② Gently pull it out.
③ Empty menstrual blood collected in the cup into the toilet.
④ Rinse the cup with water or wipe with paper.

? How to Choose Your Size ?
Size S: Under 30 years old, no history of childbirth
Size L: Over 30 years old, history of childbirth
The S size is easier to handle, so you can also try starting with the S size first. I use both depending on my mood and flow.

The product will be compressed to a thickness of 3cm for shipping, so please understand that it will be slightly flattened. It will return to its original shape as it is made of silicone.
