This cutting board is handcrafted from densely grained cypress wood, thinned from the rich forests of the Shimanto River basin, Japan's last clear stream.
Approximate dimensions: 23.5 cm (length) x 46 cm (width) x 4.2 cm (height)
The sides are cut at an angle, making it easy to grip when lifting from the table and facilitating drainage after use.
Features a mark on the corner (see 4th photo). You may wish to use separate sides for cutting fish and vegetables.
