This is a cheese knife purchased at Surfas, a kitchen supply store in Los Angeles, and used for work.
I am no longer using it, so I am offering it to someone who is looking for one. It is hollow, so cheese doesn't stick easily, making it easy to use and very handy. The blade is about 16cm and the total length is about 27cm.
