Found while helping clear out my parents' home.
It's old, but there's no odor or feeling of uncleanliness. It's definitely not from the Reiwa or Heisei eras. Please consider this if you don't mind used items.

This is a fabric-covered mannequin. It's for dressmaking and you can use pins on it. It's made by covering styrofoam with fabric, so it's light. The pole and especially the metal base are heavy.

The pole is about 1 meter long, so the height can be adjusted quite a bit. The fasteners are still functional.

The screw on the base side of the pole is missing. It stands firmly even without it. Made by Tomane.
