This is a blue-green celadon sake bottle, a Korean product. It is a piece by a Goryeo celadon artist. From the overall appearance and the signature Izumi (泉) on the seal, it can be definitively identified as a work from Korea's renowned Jo-sen (如泉) kiln. The white areas are crystalline glaze. The hand-carved signature by the Jo-sen kiln craftsman perfectly matches. The price is low. No box. No price reductions, returns, or exchanges.
It looks a bit like Mino ware to me, but I will trust the AI's assessment and consider it a Korean product.
