Description
This metal steamed pudding mold has a pretty arched pattern to it; center tube for even heat distribution. There are two latches on the side to fasten the lid in place. The slightly domed lid has a handle rivited to the top center. Designed to cook desserts such as plum pudding, chocolate or fruit puddings by steaming them in a larger pot of water for a moist, tender result. In good seasoned condition; wear typical of a much loved piece. Measures 7 1/2 x 5. I have been finding very special things lately; please check back often!
