This is an unlined under-kimono (hanjuban) for men, made of 100% silk with a woven pattern (mon-sha).
It is an unused, custom-made item from Mitsumatsu.
The fabric is a high-quality silk with a checkered woven pattern (mon-sha).
It has a black silk collar attached, but it is not sheer, so it is not suitable for summer wear.
I believe it was custom-made for single-layer kimono (hitoe).
